A 33-year-old woman who worked in an apartment in Durrës as a cleaner was arrested for theft. Her accomplice, a 42-year-old FH, was also arrested, while his brother AH, 36, was declared wanted.

The sanitation worker tried not to leave traces of the theft scheme, but the owner of the apartment, Sh.Gj. 59 years old, just found that there is no money in the apartment, he filed a report with the Durrës Police.

The sanitary worker has appropriated a key to the apartment by making a copy of it. He made this copy available to his two brothers and informed the latter when none of the family members who had hired him as a sanitary worker were at home. The brothers stole a ring and a gold pendant as well as a sum of money from the apartment.

"The Investigative Structures of the Durrës Police Station, after receiving the report from the citizen Sh. Gj., 59 years old, resident in the neighborhood no. 18 Durrës, that a sum of money and jewelry had been stolen from his apartment without breaking and entering, allegedly through the door key , immediately organized the work to clarify this case. Thanks to the quick investigative and professional actions, in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, it became possible to clarify the incident, the mechanism of the theft and the identification of the suspected perpetrators.

Following the actions within the coded police operation "Copy", the citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto: FH, 42 years old, resident in neighborhood no. 13 Durrës and EK, 33 years old, resident in neighborhood no. 11, Durres. Citizen AH, 36 years old, resident of district no. 13, Durrës, was declared wanted, where the work for his capture continues.

From the professional investigative actions of several days, based on police intelligence, surveillance of cameras and other proactive actions, it is suspected that the citizen EK, since she worked as a sanitary worker in the apartment of the citizen Sh.Gj, has provided copies of the keys to the apartment and gave the brothers E. H and AH, as well as informed them about the absence of family members in the apartment", the police announced. 
The police could not arrest one of the brothers, AH. Meanwhile, in the apartment of the other brother, FH, the gold pendant, rings and stolen money were also found, which were seized as material evidence together with a car that they used on the day of the theft.
