The two arrested Arben Spahiu, 53 years old, and Arsen Preçi, 44 years old, were questioned several times about the BMW X6 vehicle that was seized, inside which 3 firearms were found, as well as about the forged documents that belonged to Spahiu.

They have kept a negative statement in front of these facts. Spahiu, according to the sources, has claimed that he has no knowledge of the vehicle and the weapons.

As for the forged Greek documents with his photo, Spahiu said that they could have been made by someone who wanted to harm him.

Meanwhile, the investigators are working to prove the connection with Erjon Alibejn. If evidence is obtained, the case may be passed to SPAK as it moves to a structured criminal group.
