ABC has provided the investigative file of this serious event, where the dynamic that led to the armed conflict, which ended with one killed and four injured, is revealed. Among the injured was the law enforcement officer Xhensila Sota.

According to the file in question, everything started at 1:58 p.m. when a call from a person identified as Arjan Hoxha arrived at the operating room of the Elbasan Police. The latter was introduced as the person in charge of the vote protection group at the Electoral Headquarters of the DP and announced the presence of a machine, which distributed money in exchange for votes in the "5 Maji" neighborhood in Elbasan.

After the notification was received, the first two deputy directors of Elbasan Police, Albert Nushi and Nikollaq Palla, arrived at the scene of the incident, who contacted a group of people who were there, including Arbër Paplekaj.

The person in the car who was suspected of handing out money was identified as Mehmet Greca.


During the discussions between them and the tense debate, other people arrive at the scene in support of Greca, among them Gentjan Sharra, the subject of the "Golden Bullet" file, Kelmend Xhaferri, Pjerin Xhuvani and Eldjon Bodinaku.

Sipas prokurorisë, në këtë moment, Eldjon Bodinaku ka shkuar dhe ka goditur me grusht Erjon Demushin duke ndezur gjakrat, gjë që bëri që personat e pranishëm të nxirrnin armët dhe të qëllonin, përleshje e cila përfundoi me vrasjen e Pjerin Xhuvanit dhe plagosjen e Bodinakut nga ana e mbështetësve të PS-së, si edhe plagosjen e Emiljan Prengës dhe Pavlo Vuksanit nga ana e demokratëve. E plagosur mbeti edhe punonjësja e policisë, Xhensila Sota.

Në lidhje me ngjarjen në fjalë, krahas Arbër Paplekajt që akuzohet se qëlloi Pjerin Xhuvanin akuzohen edhe një numër i madh punonjësish policie, mes tyre edhe dy ish-zv.drejtorët Albert Nushi dhe Nikollaq Palla.

Sipas dosjes në fjalë, prokuroria akuzon Paplekajn për vrasjen e Xhuvanit dhe plagosjen e polices, Emiljan Prengës dhe Eldjon Bodinakut, ndërsa nuk dihet ende se kush qëlloi nga krahu i mbështetësve të PS-së dhe kush plagosi Pavlo Vuksanin.

Më tej, dosja e prokurorisë vijon:

Nga ana punonjesve te policise nuk eshte vazhduar me tej me shoqerimin e shtetasit Mehmet Greca. Nga hetimi  rezulton  se  ne  kete  moment  ne  vengjarje  kane shkuar mjetet, tip Land Rover me targa AA 040 NJ!nga i cili ka zbritur shtetasi Mario <;ela, mjeti i ma’fkes Mercedes Benz GL me targl!{ AAOOl MN nga i cili ka zbritur shtetasi Marsel Ro.ka, mjeti i markes mercedez beniz me targa ABOlOÇ nga i cili ka zbritur shtetasi Kelmend Xhaferri dhe  nje shtetas me  kapele  dhe syze  me  veshje  ne  ngjyre jeshile me lara si ushtarake, mjeti me targe AB 161 00 nga i cili kane zbritur shtetasit Gentjan Sharra dhe Erald Laska. Po keshtu ne krye te rrugices e cila te con te parkirni privat Myrto me drejtim levizje nga parkim i:Myrto per  ne rrugen  Lef Nosi  ka ndaluar mjeti tip Benz me targa AA119 YU nga i cili ka zbritur viktima  Pjerin  Xhuvani  dhe shtetasit Eldjon Bodinaku (dhenderi  i Pjerin’ Xhuvanit)  dhe shtetasi  Luan  Tabakn,  pas ketij mjeti eshte ndaluar mjeti me targa AA035 AG i cili drejtohej nga shtetasi Klajdi Beqiri.

Nga provat rezulton se ne momentin kur shtetasi Eldjon Bodinaku ka qene duke u afruar ne afersi te vendit ku ndodheshin shtetasi Mehmet Greca se bashku me dy te pandehurit Albert Nushi dhe Nikollaq  Palla dhe te pandehurin Arber Papleka ka vene re shtetasin Erjon Demushi i cili  po filmote me nje aparat telefoni celulare qe nga hetimi rezulton te jete i shtetasit Arjan Hoxha. Shtetasi Eltjon Bodinaku per kete shkak  eshte konliktuar me shtetasin Erjon Demushi duke e goditur me grushte ne fytyre.

Ne kete mment shtetasi. Erjon..Dem. shi ka tentuar’ te kunderpergjigjet ndaj shtetasit Eltjon Bodinaku por mes tyre kane hyre persona te tjere dhe ne kete moment i pandehuri Arber Paplekaj duke pare kete skene me shpejtet:i shkeputet nga vendi ku ai po qendronte ne trotuarin e rruges dhe afrohet ne drejtim te shtetasve Pjerin Xhuvani, Luan Tabaku dhe Eldjon Bodinaku te cilet ishin duke u shtyre dhe share me shtetasin Erjon Demushi dhe personat e tjere.

I pandehuri Arber Paplekaj rezulton te jete kapur me duar me shtetasin Luan Tabaku dhe me pas i eshte afruar viktima Pjerin Xhuvani i cili eshte futur mes personave dhe ka filluar te shtyje me duar të pandehurin Arber Paplekaj, pas shtetasit Pjerin Xhuvani jane afruar dhe shtetasit Kelmend Xhaferri dhe shtetasi Elton Bodinaku te  cilet se bashku kane shkuar ne drejtim le te pandehurit Arber Paplekaj i cili me shpejtesi ështe terhequr duke levizur mbrapsht  ne drejtimin perendimor.

Nga provat e administruara rezulton se shletasi Pjerin Xhuvani ne momentin qe ka shtyre ne drejtim te shtetasit Arber Paplekaj kur ai ishle i kapur me duar me shtetasin Luan Tabaku kthehet nga pas ku dhe ishte trupa e punohjesve te policise te forcave te posacme Shqiponja te cilet duke pare konfliktin kane  britur me iniciative nga furgoni i policies dhe  vendos doren njerit prej punonjesve le policise le forcave te posacme duke i ndaluar.

Pas ketij momenti ata nuk kane vazhduar te nderhyjne dhe as te levizin por kane qendruar ne vend. Ne vengjarje prane personave qe debatonin me fjale fyest; dhe shtyheshin me njeri rjeterin kane qene dhe punonjes te policise te cilat kane qene shume prane tyre dhe nuk kane nderhyre me qellim neutralizmin e situates dhe per te shoqeruar personat qe konfliktoheshin.

Si pasoje e qitjes me arme zjarri nga i pandehuri Arber Paplekaj ka gjetur vdekjen shtetasi Pjerin Xhuvani, dhe eshte plagosur shtetasja Xhensila Sota kjo e provuar ne baze te akteve te ekspertimit balistik krahasuese nga te cilet rezulton se plumbat e e nxjerre nga trupi ·i·viklimes Pjerin Xhuvani dhe te demtuares Xhensila Sota jane qitur nga arma me te cilen ka qelluar i pandehuri Arber Papleka.

 Po keshtu nga hetimi dhe provat e administruara duke patur parasyh pozicionin e te demtuarve si dhe te pandehurit Arber Papleka ne momentin që ka qelluar me arme zjarri si dhe aktet e ekspertimit balistik dhe mjeko ligjor si pasojee e qitjes me arme zjarri nga i pandehuri Arber Paplekaj jane plagosur dhe shtetasit Eldion Bodinaku, Emiljan Prenga.

Ajo që mbetet mister në të gjithë këtë hetim është se prokuroria ka zbardhur se kush vrau Pjerin Xhuvanin dhe kush plagosi Bodinakun, Prengën dhe policen Sota, por nuk ka identifikuar se kush qëlloi tjetër me armë në vendin e ngjarjes dhe kush është personi që plagosi Pavlo Vuksanin.
