The Special Prosecution Office has filed charges against several of the defendants in the " Metamorphosis " case, including former Crime Chief Dedan Gjoni .

For Dedan Gjon, SPAK has requested a sentence of 13 years in prison and if convicted, he will benefit from a shortened trial and the sentence will be reduced to 8.4 years behind bars.

SPAK's claim against the defendants:

Dedan Gjoni 13 years in prison/summary trial 8 years and 4 months in prison.

Ismail Zeneli 15 years in prison/summary trial 10 years in prison.

Bujar Gërmizi 10 years in prison/summary trial 6 years and 8 months in prison.

Adrian Cenaj 7 years in prison/shortened trial 4 years and 8 months in prison.

Besmir Murtati 12 years in prison/shortened trial 8 years in prison.

Albert Prenga 12 years in prison/shortened trial 8 years in prison.
