"Gërdeci" file, trial for Fatmir Mediu postponed

The Special Court has postponed the trial session against former Defense Minister Fatmir Mediu in the "Gërdeci" case.

The reason was the absence of judge Irena Gjoka, who had submitted a medical report.

The trial against Mediu is currently in the phase of the objections that the former Minister of Defense is making to the technical-military expertise report brought by the experts.
