Dorian Alia alias Agron Alia, 32 years old, the person who surrendered to the Tirana Police as one of the suspected perpetrators of violence against the lawyer Sokol Mêngjesi, has stated that they did not want to kill the lawyer, but only to scare him.

This is what the journalist Besar Bajraktari learned, who said in the show 'Opinion' that he gave details before the investigative group.

According to Dorian Alia's preliminary testimony, a month ago there was a meeting between them and the lawyer so that the latter would withdraw from the lawsuit.

The parties did not agree and from that moment the organization of the plan began.

On the morning of May 29, as the lawyer Sokol Mêngjesit left his son in the garden in the area of ​​the former Block in Tirana, he was brutally raped by 3 people at the door of the garden.


He was hit with hard objects and suffered head injuries.

He is currently in intensive care at the Trauma Hospital.

But even though Dorian Alia has stated that they did not want to kill him, but only to scare him, the blows were severe.

For this reason, the police charged them with the attempted murder of public officials.

Police say 58-year-old Dritan Nano, also accompanied by blue uniforms, is suspected of being the mastermind.

The cause of the conflict is the lawyer's representation in court of a property matter, which has actually been acquired.

Dritan Nano, one of the 8 heirs, has refused to pay the lawyer as agreed in the contract.
