For the first time, after so many years, the show 'On target' will once again try to shed light on the kidnapping, torture and the way Osman Berberi, 27, was found murdered on February 28, 2009, around 11:00 a.m. at noon, at the foot of the 'Arched Bridge' in Milot, otherwise known as the Bird Bridge.

Halili, did not prefer to talk on the phone about the fate of Osmani, an environmental interception carried out by the investigative group, between him, the wife and the mother of the victim, hints that Osmani's wife knows everything about the murder of her partner.
