One of the perpetrators of the attack on lawyer Sokol Mêngjesi is a football player of the Albanian championship.

It is about Romario Tabaku, currently wanted for the help he gave to the perpetrators of the attack. Tabaku, according to the police, transported the three perpetrators with the "Audi" type vehicle with license plate "AB 696 JT", helping them leave the scene.

Tabaku is a football player, and until recently he played with the Tërbun team. He says on social networks that he was also part of the Dinamo and Partizan teams.

According to the Tirana Police, the attack happened after Mêngjesi had won the trial for the property of a family in Tirana, but the latter had not agreed to settle the obligations to the law firm of the lawyer.
