Eljo (Ervis) Bitri alias Bledar Debrova, 35 years old from Elbasan, was arrested in the Netherlands, who was wanted by SPAK within the "Golden Bullet" operation, after the shocking testimony of the repentant justice Nuredin Dumani.

Ky shtetas u kap në Leiden, Holandë, duke qarkulluar me armë zjarri pistoletë me silenciator dhe me dokument me identitet tjetër.

Pas veprimeve verifikuese nëpërmjet Interpol Tirana dhe Interpol Hagë, Holandë, pas krahasimit të gjurmëve të gishtave, u bë arrestimi provizor i tij, me qëllim ekstradimi.

Gjithashtu, shtetasi Eljo (Ervis) Bitri alias Bledar Debrova, 35 vjeç, ishte shpallur në kërkim ndërkombëtar edhe nga Belgjika, pasi Gjykata e Shkallës së Parë në Bruksel, Belgjikë, më datë 31.05.2022, ka lëshuar ndaj këtij shtetasi urdhër arrestin për kryerjen e veprës penale “Vrasja me paramendim”, parashikuar nga Kodi Penal i Belgjikës (maksimumi i dënimit burgim i përjetshëm).
