The aunt of Sulo Halili , the Albanian who was killed and burned inside a car in Greece, has shed more light on this macabre event.
She confessed that Sulo had been married to his wife, Esmeralda, for four years, and they were parents of two children, a girl and a 40-day-old boy.
According to her, Esmeralda had a previous relationship and after the breakup she was involved with her nephew.
For this very reason, the uncle of Esmeralda's ex-partner had threatened Sulo with the words "I will burn him alive", accusing him of taking his nephew's bride.
She said that her nephew was not a conflicted person and that he had spoken to his wife on the last day, telling her that he was going somewhere about a patent matter.
According to her, Esmeralda, who is in poor health after her recent surgery, has given her statements to the police and has not communicated with anyone else.
She was notified of Sulo's disappearance on the 5th, while his identity was confirmed through DNA.
According to what was said, the family still does not have any accurate information on how the incident occurred and is awaiting investigations.
The victim's aunt stressed that the vehicle where the body was found was stolen, while Sulo's car was found half an hour away from the village.
