A 48-year-old man died as soon as he came into contact with the water by the sea in Golem.

Although he was given first aid by family members, by the lifeguard and then by the medical staff, the 48-year-old could not survive.

It is initially suspected that the 48-year-old died as a result of cardiac arrest. This is the second death on the Albanian coast caused by cardiac arrest, it is suspected that the high temperatures also played a role.

Police Notification:

In Golem, citizen MH, 48 years old, resident of Durrës, has just come into contact with the water by the sea, has shown health problems, cardiac arrest is suspected.

He was immediately given first aid by his family and by the lifeguard and then by the medical staff, but the MH citizen lost his life.

The medical staff present at the scene in advance suspect that the 48-year-old man died as a result of cardiac arrest.

The investigative team continues its work to determine the exact cause of the loss of life.
