Details from the investigative file in charge of the former director of prisons, Agim Ismaili , the former acting director of Vlora prison, Zambak Gjoni , and hacker Arnold Rrokaj, who are accused of acting as a criminal group to hack investigative materials on the computers of SPAK prosecutors.

It turns out that Rrokaj, who managed to obtain some investigative materials from the files on the computers of SPAK prosecutors, initially sent the message to Zambak Gjoni, whom he had known since 2019.

Gjoni then distributed it to former Prisons Director Agim Ismaili, who asked him if SPAK was also investigating Ulsi Manjë, then Minister of Justice.

In the communication made on WhatsApp on February 18, 2025, Zambak Gjoni sends a word document titled "conversations between Arben and Mirel" and Mirel and Damian", further writing "SMS returned from Arben Ahmetaj's phone". And Agim Ismaili replies: hahahahaha why what's up?

Gjoni then sends the message: "I think Gjiknuri will eat it too," accompanying it with a document titled 'information on Damian's progress'.

In a communication dated February 19, Zambak Gjoni tells Ismail that he had asked hacker Rrokaj to see if SPAK was investigating anything about Ulsi Manjë. Ismail responds with the message "aaaa that would be awesome".
