The testimony before prosecutors of former prison director general Agim Ismaili , who is one of the three SPAK defendants for hacking the computers of prosecutors of the Special Prosecution Office, is revealed.

In the file provided by tch , Agim Ismaili has explained how this information fell into his hands.

He says that these files hacked by Arnold Rrokaj were given to him by his friend Zambak Gjoni , former director of the Vlora prison.

Agim Ismaili: One of the forms of communication is communication via the WhatsApp application, where we have exchanged various news, our considerations on certain issues, humor, etc. One night, some time ago, he brought me a material on how we constantly communicated and I saw it while I was working.

I shared this material because I thought it was news that had come out of the media and I didn't think about it for long. Then I read this material and took a look at it. The material was about some investigations conducted against citizen Damian Gjiknuri and I have not discussed it with other people.

I have had communications with Zambak on this occasion and I took it with humor when he told me that I had sources in SPAK. Especially these days, I have a pretty deep acquaintance with Zambak and I know him because of his capacities.

It never occurred to me, nor did I believe, that he could have accessed or corrupted people in SPAK to obtain information. I always thought that he had taken materials that had circulated among journalists and forwarded them to me .
