The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana will start the investigation of the owner of the kindergarten "4 Stinët", where the teacher raped a 3-year-old girl. The 45-year-old, Daniel Danushi, did not have a license for the kindergarten, which nevertheless operated normally on "Ali Demi" street.

He is accused of the criminal offenses of "Exercise of financial activities without a license", "Concealment of income", and "Non-payment of taxes and duties".

The garden became famous after the serious event that shocked public opinion, where a teacher abused a 3-year-old girl, which resulted in a leg fracture.
