New details have been revealed from SPAK's investigations into the beating of Plaurent Dervishaj's gang, which turns out to be the organizer of the November 2019 assassination attempt where the target was Landi Muharremi or Aleksandër Laho, otherwise known as Rrumi i Shijak, where in that crime, prosecutor Arjan Ndoja was injured and his driver Andi Maloku was killed.

The police managed to arrest Genti Ndjaraku alias Kili Ndjaraku, Bashkim Haxhia, Marsel Decka, Endrit Sinani and Juljan Pjetri, while they announced wanted citizens Plarent Dervishaj, Ramazan Rraja, Julian Mece and Dritan Shkëmbi.

Sources indicate that through the wiretapping that started in 2020, SPAK was able to discover the plan of the persons involved and part of the file are several episodes of conversations that show the arrested and wanted persons planning another assassination, after that of November 1, 2019.

It is known that the arrest warrants for these persons were signed in November and December of 2022 and were kept secret, since the prosecutors, according to the information they had, found that the exponents of this event who were declared wanted were discussing returning to Albania .

But then the Special Prosecutor's Office, assessing that a long time had passed and there could be other criminal events, the prosecutor's office decided to publicize the action and arrest the 5 people who came out today as a security measure, assigning them "arrest with prison".

The same sources confirm that Ramazan Rraja, after the assassination, was detained at the Swiss airport and after being interrogated for several hours, he was released, while he has already been declared wanted again.

Earlier in connection with this event, the citizens Redjan Rraja and Arjol Halilaj were arrested.
