The Special Court has left in prison the 5 arrested as part of the "Conspiracy" operation for the assassination registered in November 2019 where the target was Landi Muharremi or otherwise known as Rrumi i Shijak, where the prosecutor Arjan Ndoja was injured and the driver was killed his Andi Maloku.

More specifically, the citizens Genti Ndjaku alias Kili Ndjaku, 40 years old, who survived a sniper attack on September 12, 2022 in the beach area in Durrës, Marsel Deçka, 38 years old, customs agent (relative of Plarent Dervishaj) remained in the cell ), Endrit Sinani, 29 years old, Julian Pjetri, 45 years old and Bashkim Haxhija, 54 years old.

They are considered to be members of Plarent Dervishaj's gang, who continues to be wanted by the Police along with three other people for this assassination. Earlier, citizens Redjan Rraja and Arjol Halilaj were arrested in connection with this event.

The assassination of Shijak's "Rrumi" took place 6 months after the assassination of Plaurent Dervishaj, Julian Meçaj and Bashkim Haxhiaj, due to conflicts between the two groups regarding property issues.
