A police officer and his brother are the perpetrators of the murder of the 52-year-old businessman Eduart Reçi, which happened on November 13 of this year near "Elbasan Street" in Tirana. Shkëlqim and Florian Duka have been arrested by the police as perpetrators of the serious incident.

According to the police, the reason for the murder of the 52-year-old businessman was a conflict he had with his two brothers regarding the ownership of a plot of land on which a palace would be built.

Eduart Reçi was committed to building a palace, a project which required cooperation and agreement with other people who owned the adjacent property. Clashes for the building of the building and for the properties have brought the conflict between the police officers of Commissariat No. 2, Shkëlqim Duka and his brother Florian Duka with the builder Reçin.

The businessman was shot by a modern pistol with a silencer as soon as he had left the entrance of the building in the courtyard of the building. Meanwhile, the other brother Florian Duka is believed to have performed active actions in the event by informing Shkëlqim Dukaj on the movement of the target until his execution.

The two Duka brothers are accused of premeditated murder committed in cooperation and possession of weapons without a permit.
