New details have emerged from the serious crime in Saranda, where Artan Myrtaj was executed with a gun in the middle of the city and Xhevdet Skëndaj, a passerby, was injured.

It is learned that the 44-year-old, known as "Tani Ruzhdiut", had just sat down for coffee at a bar near the intersection of the former agency, when the two perpetrators, who had come from "Lefter Talo" street, approached him on a motorcycle and shot him at least twice.

As soon as Myrtaj spotted the perpetrators, he tried to run away towards "Vangjel Pandi" street, but both perpetrators shot him with firearms, leaving him dead in the middle of the street.

The police announce that checkpoints have been set up in the direction of Vlora and Gjirokastra to enable the capture of the perpetrators, who according to reports so far, were two people on a motorbike.
