Details/ How the uncle killed his nephew in Shkodër, called him to the room

The uncle and nephew were locked in a room and were cleaning the shotgun when the tragedy happened this evening in Shkodër. Around 21:55, in the village of Samrisht, in Dajç of Shkodra, the 68-year-old called his only 10-year-old grandson to accompany him to the room to clean the couples.

Then, while cleaning up, the child took the gun in his hand. At the moment when the uncle took it back in his hand, the shotgun was fired and the minor received multiple wounds. He died on the way to a hospital, while it is known that his uncle was also injured in one of his hands.

Police notification:

On 09.08.2022, around 21:55, in the village of Samrisht, Shkodër, from the preliminary data, it is suspected that accidentally while cleaning the couple, citizen VJ, 68 years old, killed his grandson BJ, about 10 years old, with a shotgun.

From the accidental shooting, he was injured in the hand and the citizen VJ himself is out of danger. The investigative group is going to the scene, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, to carry out the actions and fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
