Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, today introduced the new director of the Albanian Post, Etjen Xhafaj.

The decision to appoint Etjen Xhafaj was signed by the Minister of Economy and Innovation, Delina Ibrahimaj, and is dated October 27, 2025.

We recall that the Albanian Post ( Albanian Post Sh.a.) is subordinate to the Ministry of Economy and Innovation, which was headed by Ibrahimaj.

The decision to appoint Etjen Xhafaj was signed by the Minister of Economy and Innovation, Delina Ibrahima.

But what was noticed today was the fact that Minister Ibrahimaj was not present at the presentation of her subordinate.

Balluku, during the presentation of Etjen Xhafaj as director of "Albanian Post", said that they spoiled our surprise after the news was published in the media yesterday.

The recent presentations by Deputy Prime Minister Balluku of directors who have large institutions such as the Port of Durres and the DPSHTRR under their control imply that she is their "boss".

Despite the recent news that Belinda Balluku will be taken as a defendant by SPAK./ VoxNews
