At the April 16 session of the High Prosecutorial Council, there were strong debates among members, which escalated into harsh language.
The replies began immediately after the chairwoman of the KLP, Mirela Bogdani, proposed that the agenda include 'discussion of the issue of the majority in one of the decisions announcing the locations of parallel movements in the Appeals Prosecutor's Office'.
In the official audio recorded by the KLP itself, KLP member Sokol Stojani is heard, who strongly opposed her proposal, engaging in a heated debate with Bogdani.
According to Stojan, the decisions made can no longer be discussed, warning Bogdani that he will be held responsible. The KLP Chairwoman insisted that no decision would be made at the April 16 meeting, but only a discussion would take place. The KLP meeting did not last even an hour and was interrupted due to strong debates.
Debate:
Bogdani: Okay, we won't make a decision today.
Stojani : Oh, Chairman, you are against the law. You should at least notify the member. It is rape, my Chairman. Asking you to discuss
Bogdani: Why do you feel violated, Mr. Stojani? Do the rest of us understand how we feel after these insults and offenses?
Bogdani: We declare the meeting closed. Let the parties calm down, rehabilitate themselves and come to the next meeting. Goodbye!
Stojani: You are sabotaging the Council meeting.
Bogdani: I'm sabotaging?!
Stojani: By introducing things and obstructing the activities of this Council. Chairperson, you will be held responsible for this.
Bogdani: I'll keep it!
Stojani: You will be held responsible if I tell you.
Bogdani: You'll hang me on a rope, I know..
Stojani: What kind of rope, aman, you are not a rope. I will lift you up to the sky like that. Shame on you for once. You have gathered all the people here to hold people hostage for ordinary things. No, no.. Is there anything more ordinary than reviewing a decision made? There is nothing more ordinary than this. This is a conceptual problem
Bogdani: Yes, it is a discussion. If you...
Stojani: Yes, there is no discussion, my dear. Yes, a decision is not discussed, my dear. Yes, a decision made, my dear, is not discussed… My dear, mayor…
Bogdani: Well, that's how I judged it. Who are you to tell me?
Stojani: Who are you to question me?
Bogdani: You're knocking it down, man..
Stojani: If it doesn't fall, my...
Bogdani: Okay, maybe I'm crazy.
Stojani: You're crazy, my dear, you're crazy. You're crazy..., you're crazy, my dear..
Bogdani: I can't deal with, I can't deal with raped people, that's it, that's it...
Stojani: You can't undo a decision, my dear lady, you can't undo it, you can't undo it.
KLP Member: Same as our initiative
Bogdani: Yes, of course, but you don't leave any space.
Stojani: No, because you're going to insert your conversations into this space.
Bogdani: Well, that's how I judged it.
Prosecutor Sokol Stojani and the Council's chairwoman, Mirela Bogdani, have had previous arguments with each other. In October of last year, they were involved in a heated debate regarding the procedure followed to fill a vacant position in the Saranda Prosecutor's Office.
