The Special Prosecution Office has completed the investigations and sent Pandeli Bozha and Vladimir Lushkaj to trial , after buying votes for the PSD candidate's daughter, Limonera Bozha .

Pandeli Bozha, Limonera Bozha's father, gave money to Vladimir Lushka to buy his vote, where Bozha put money in Lushka's pocket and told him he should vote for his daughter.

Bozha is accused of the criminal offense of " Active Corruption in Elections ", while Lushkaj is accused of " Passive Corruption in Elections ".

"During the investigation process, from the examination of the video footage and the procedural actions authorized by the prosecutor, an episode was documented on 08.05.2025, around 10:00, when citizen Pandeli Bozha went to the apartment of citizen Vladimir Lushkaj. During this meeting, Pandeli Bozha put a banknote in his pocket and showed him a ballot paper similar to the one on the ballot, suggesting the name of the candidate for whom he should vote," the SPAK announcement states.
