25-year-old Denilson Cervanaku informed his fiancee, Enxhi Ferhati about his every move. TvKlan reports that exactly these messages led to the discovery of the cocaine laboratory in Fier. From the conducted telephone and environmental interceptions, even though in many cases the conversations between them were coded, the prosecution managed to understand that they were talking about a laboratory set up in Frakull, where the bags of chemical fertilizer mixed with 430 kg of cocaine.
The conversations have also revealed that the 25-year-old's father, the former official of the Socialist Party, Viktor Červanaku, was called by the group with the nickname 'Director'. It is expected that the Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) will send several letters to withdraw the acts in Colombia and Montenegro.
The latter was also the place from where the whole operation started. The news was first published by the Montenegrin media, as 24 tons of chemical fertilizer mixed with 430 kilograms of cocaine had been waiting for the recipient for months in the port of Tovar. When the latter went to the port, the DEA intervened and his arrest was made. Then the operation was organized to handcuff other people in Albania.
In Tujan, Klyd Kodra, Bledar Matoshi, Kid Koshena and Redion Meshi were caught, who were moving to arm themselves near Ruga e Arbri.
The following have also fallen into custody: Zenel Cervanaku, who is accused of ordering this amount of cocaine; Viktor Červanaku, the former mayor of the municipality of Frakull, Nikolin Gjolena (the financier who was intercepted). Colombian Zaimir Rodriguez, who allegedly came to Albania to separate cocaine from chemical fertilizer, is wanted. Within this operation, 15,910 Euros were seized; 3 Kalashnikov automatic firearms; 3 pistol-type firearms; 108 pieces of war cartridges of different calibers; 18 mobile phone sets; 5 vehicles; 2 laptops and 2 shotguns.
