The next hearing for the file known as "Golden Bullet" is taking place this Thursday at the Appeals Court of the Kosovo Criminal Court, where the associate of justice, Erion Alibej, testified.

Alibej is accused of being the head of a criminal organization in Elbasan, ordering several paid assassinations for revenge and motives related to organized crime. He provided important details regarding the investigations.

During the hearing, Alibej revealed the conversations and meetings he had with Nuredin Duman in order to uncover the persons involved in the murder of his brother, in what is known as the Bradashesh massacre, where Endrit Alibej, Arben Dylgjeri and Turkish citizen Erdal Durunay were executed.

Known by the nickname "Krymi", Alibej declared his loyalty to the truth before the Court and gave a full overview of the challenges he has faced: "I swear that I will tell the truth, I have a higher education, I have been convicted in Italy, while in Albania, with evidence of a criminal record, I am clean.

On December 29, 2018, in an assassination that we as a family call a suicide bomber... " (the statement is interrupted by the lawyers of the other defendants).

He also explained how he met Nuredin Dumani and the reasons that led to their meeting: "I met Nuredin Dumani after I was released from Elbasan detention, from the beginning of 2020, Arjan Spahiu had contact through a 'Fati', I was a user of Enkro Chat and Sky EÇ, Arjan told me that Nuredin Dumani had personally asked to meet me because during this period I had been spreading the word on the street or in society that for Talo Çele I would give 100 thousand euros to kill him and 200 thousand to anyone who brought him to me alive. Nuredin Dumani had heard of this."

The session also presented how Alibey recorded the conversation with Nuredin Dumani and what was discussed in that meeting.

"I did research on Nuredin, I had all the information, he came to the palace in a rented house that I had bought for my uncle's sons, for 2 hours and 48 minutes, I recorded the conversation with Nuredin Duman, he explained to me that he had heard that I was looking for Talo Çela and told me that he was aware of Festim Qoli, I said ok, start the conversation by explaining who the executors of my family are," said Alibej.

He also highlighted the obstacles that another person has created in his efforts to shed light on the events, specifically mentioning Eljo Bitri.

"Eljo Bitri kept dragging out the meeting, I had been looking for him for 2 months, I had 90% of what happened to my family members clear, I took out a photo of Dumani, I said, 'Your brother Dashnor Dumani took part in the massacre.' Nuredini refused, he said it had nothing to do with Dashnor, I told him to swear on the Quran, to forgive my brother's blood, just tell the truth," said Alibej.

"I showed him the route of the car that was shot at from both sides, he told me there was also a Dorjan Shkoza and he was in another car and he got off shooting at the other side. Nuredini was worried that Dorjan Shkoza was following him and Dashnor to execute him. Dumani told me that he had his own problems with them. I told him I was only interested in Talo Çela. I knew that the financiers and the orderers were in Dubai, the Çopja brothers, our old friends, " he added.

He revealed the financial connections and cooperation between the people involved in the crime.

"Dumani told me that Talo Çela also goes a lot with Festim Qoli, he told me that for the murders I get half the money. I saw that he didn't have an encrypted phone, I explained to Arjan that Nuredini doesn't have Sky ECC, and I gave him an iPhone 6 that had Sky ECC installed, I also gave him 50 thousand euros, and I taught him how to use Sky ECC ," said Alibej.
