DP leader Sali Berisha read the message he left at SPAK, where he accuses prosecutor Altin Dumani of protecting electoral crime.
Berisha described the person involved as a “mercenary of the party-state,” stating that amnesty for electoral crimes is part of the functioning of a narco-state. He stressed that justice may be delayed, but it does not forget, and demanded that his denunciation remain archived as evidence against what he calls a miscarriage of justice.
"To the Skapit's son and Irena's lawyer with 5 surnames, the man who amnestied the electoral crime, as a mercenary of the party-state, I remind you that justice delays, but it does not forget."
"Who wants to have this in their archive of denouncing a delinquent of the Albanian narco-state," said the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Beri Berisha.
