Lulzim Basha has once again responded with irony to the prime minister, telling him that as Foreign Minister "while asleep" he brought Albania into NATO and abolished visas with the European Union.

He continues by ironizing the prime minister's boasting when he says that "the EU has no one to talk to except him." Basha says that a counterpart of the prime minister, with whom Rama sits at the only Euro-Atlantic table he found, almost like the NATO one, told him that "at first they laughed at Rama's jokes, now they laugh at Rama."

Basha ends his reply with a message to Rama that the whole world has learned that 7x7 = 313.

"Oh Rame, while you were sleeping, we brought Albania into NATO, we lifted visas with the European Union. And when you woke up, what did you achieve? Lali Eri is back, Ilir Beqja is back, Saje Qorin is back, Ben Ahmetaj is gone for the moment, but his place is almost there, Ter Koka is back."
