The elevator that took the life of the 17-year-old waiter at the "Orange" club in Saranda was mounted about 4 years ago.
The man who has assembled it is a welder and is not licensed to mount elevators. This elevator was not used for moving people but goods from the warehouse to the upper part of the bar.
He said in four years, he has never been contacted to check on the elevator that took the life of 17-year-old Antonio Deliaj.
"I was contacted by the owner of the bar, Spiro Iliadhi. He asked me to set up an elevator-like device so they could get food products from the first floor to the second floor. The installation was done four years ago and since then I haven't been asked to check it out," he said.
In search of the serious event, the owner of the Orange club, Spiro Iliadhi, was declared.
