The chairman of the Parliamentary Re-establishment Group, Gazment Bardhi, called the decision to finance the construction of the new port in Durrës 100% from the state budget corrupt.
From the floor of the Assembly, he confronted Minister Belinda Balluku and Prime Minister Edi Rama with 4 different versions of financing, given by them in less than a year.
"At that time when the law for the current port of Durrës was passed, they promised in front of the Assembly and there is no more serious act than when the government lies to the Assembly.
They vowed here that they would not give a penny from the state budget for the port of Durrës. Today they will pay 400 million euros".
Bardhi accused Minister Balluku of creating corruption schemes with millions of euros, and for this, he took the case of the director of the Road Authority as an example.
"These two act like they don't know. Like they live on the moon.
Those who have a patronage system and know what Albanians eat at home and do not know what their directors do.
In one procurement procedure alone, the director of the Road Authority had stolen 1.5 million euros".
During the time that Bardhi spoke in the Assembly, Minister Balluku left the hall without giving an answer, even though throughout the day she retorted with the MPs on other issues.
"The lady is gone. She didn't lie today all day without telling her colleagues. When she knew what was going to be talked about, she left ," said Bardhi.
