Journalist Artan Hoxha has published on Facebook a photo of Arben Ahmetaj who has left Albania after SPAK demands his arrest. In this way, Ahmetaj has decided not to face justice.
"Keep your breath, people... The hunt for the most wanted man in Albania is continuing from corner to corner of the planet...
On Monday morning, I immediately published the news that: "They" above, demanded the arrest of the former number 2 of the Albanian government, after they were sure that he had crossed the state border in good health,.... the heavy machinery of the rear, sprung into action. Specialists and experts appeared in the national media, insisting 100% that the news about Ahmetaj's departure was untrue.
They even informed the public with "full conviction" that they had confirmed from "two reliable sources" that Arben Ahmetaj had not crossed the state border.
A little later, a second news story appeared in the news media, which continued on the same line.
The information about Ahmetaj's departure, before SPAK started the request to allow his arrest, to the Parliament of Albania, was not true.
This was confirmed by the lawyers of the former deputy prime minister.
Somewhere in the evening, another version came out.
According to the new version, "Ahmetaj could not leave, as he had decided to face the new justice and his opponents".
In fact, Ahmetaj has already clearly understood who he is against and that they definitely want him inside the prison cell to be sure that he will not cause trouble.
Of course, when I published the news about Ahmetaj's departure, I had no confirmation from "two sources" exhausted by the heat of mid-July, nor from "faucets" filled with "patronazi water".
On Monday evening, I published the proof photos, where Arben Ahmetaj appeared at noon on Friday, July 7, 2023, crossing the border crossing point with Greece, in Kakavije.
Ahmetaj, was photographed while he got off his vehicle and was stamping his Albanian passport with the Greek border police.
The most wanted man in Albania was traveling alone to an EU country, dressed in sports, with red sneakers, shorts and a summer blouse. From that day on, Ahmetaj's whereabouts turned into a bigger issue than the big issue in his investigation," writes Hoxha.
He further writes that Arben Ahmetaj was photographed in one of the EU airports, but without specifying in which country.
"From Monday to the evening, for 48 hours in a row, it was said that Ahmetaj went for refuge from Canada, where I rang his phone, to Venezuela, Uruguay, some exotic archipelagos in Latin America, Dubai, Morocco, the Maldives Islands, Bali, and to Japan.
In fact, the most wanted man in Albania, who has disturbed the entire political elite and public opinion in the country, turns out to be much closer.
It has not crossed the ocean, nor the Atlantic for the Western Hemisphere, nor the Indian Ocean for the Far East...
It hasn't even crossed the Mediterranean Sea...
Below, in the photo, former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj, enjoying coffee while in transit at one of the EU airports.
Since it is an airport very popular with Albanians, I believe any of the specialists or experts in the field, who are strongly engaged these days, can help me with which airport we are talking about, until I "confirm it from two serious sources"...
I am sure that the photos were not taken by the Albania 1 and Albania 2 satellites of the Albanian government", Hoxha writes with a dose of irony.
