"Our uncles Geron and Erjon Hasanbelli, originally from Patos, are in constant enmity with the citizen Kassander Noga. In order to avoid any possible revenge, they mostly live outside Albania. During their stay in our country, they lived mainly in Fier and Tirana", says Igli Hatia.

Further, one of the grandchildren of the Hasabelli brothers told about the time when their uncles were in Albania. As well as the fact that together they were regular visitors to the bar 'Focus', which was owned by a friend of theirs, and that one of Erjoni's uncles had left there just one day before the fivefold crime took place.

"My uncle Erjoni was in Albania in March or June 2021 and left here a few days after the event in 'Don Bosco'. While the other uncle, Geron Hasanbelli, was in Belgium during this time period. "During the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022, my brother Ani Metushi and I met almost every day with our uncle Erjon and the three of us regularly frequented the 'Focus' bar, on 'Don Bosko' street, Tirana," says Hatija. 

Further in their testimony, the nephews of the Hasanbelli brothers said that during their stay at their friend's cafe in the Don Bosco area, they had often seen suspicious movements. And this apparently made them more careful in their movements. But they were still not sure if someone was following them to kill them, even as they moved with increased measures. This is because of the open conflicts they had with Cassander Noga. But also the fact that he and his men had from time to time tried to harm them, physically attacking them.

Just as the Hasanbelli brothers had actually done, who did not delay in responding, even during their stay in Belgium, to Cassander Noga and his men. Even leaving them killed.

"Because of the problems that the uncles have, we tried to be as careful and vigilant as possible. We parked our cars in a parking lot in front of the bar. During the month of November-December 2021, we noticed that suspicious persons, unknown to us, were coming to the bar, staying alone. And we also saw that as soon as these people entered or left the bar, vehicles with black windows were moving on the road. What made us suspect that something bad could happen to us", says Hatija.

 Returning once again to the last days of staying at the 'Focus' bar on 'Don Bosko' street, one of the nephews of the Hasanbelli brothers, remembers that they always left their cars in front of the bar. Just like the day the crime happened. What could have led the murderers to think that the targets were all sitting together in the bar. A most likely reason they were wrong in their script to kill Erjon Hasanbelli and his nephews.

"For the last time we were at the 'Focus' bar on January 3, 2022, one day before the event. We also found our uncle Erjon there. On January 4, my brother and I did not go to the bar in question. As far as I know, on this date, our uncle Erjoni did not go either. Meanwhile, on the day when the event happened, all our cars were parked at the 'Focus' bar in Don Bosco. Among them, a 'Citroen C4' that my uncle used to drive. From that day, after the crime happened, my uncle and we together with him, decided not to move, as we realized that we were the target of the attack", says Hatija.

But the pursuit to kill one of the Hasanbelli brothers and not achieving the goal, it seems that this time it is focused only on their nephews. Who say that they started watching suspicious movements of two people, around the tabakino that they had just opened in the area of ​​'Astiri' in the capital. On a private road, they also provided footage of a bar, where the two brothers who were always behind them appeared.

"During the period January 15-20, 2022, I, together with my brother, are engaged in the opening of a 'Tabakino' at the intersection of 'Astiri'. From the beginning of February, we noticed that two people of about 30 years of age, who looked a lot like each other, often walked by our business. Who then entered into conversation with us. They told us that they were from Durrës and were coming to Tirana to sell fish. One day they even invited us for coffee. We began to doubt these two people. As soon as we parked our car, there was always a Ford Focus behind us. During this time, on a private road, we secured footage of a bar, where these two people who were brothers could be seen," said Igli Hatija.

These two brothers who turned out to be following them were Indrit and Gentjan Beqiraj. Who, the nephews of the real targets of the assassination, recognized after their arrest in October, when they were kidnapped and physically abused on the Tirana-Durres highway.

Once they were in action, doing another paid job. An action that got out of hand after someone betrayed them. But when they were arrested, they would tell in turn about all the crimes they were recruited to kill. Although they themselves had not been able to shoot at the victims, for whom they said they would be well paid. But where in addition to these events, where in one of them the objective was achieved, they also debunked the profile of Cassander Noga and his nephew Kevin Zeneli (Suçi) in the "Don Bosco" Massacre

"In June 2022, my uncle Erjon Hasanbelli was assassinated with a firearm in Belgium, where the Belgian authorities have identified Cassander Noga, as well as another person, as the author of this event," says Hatija.

In relation to the event that happened in "Don Bosco", where one person was killed and four others were injured, Geron Hasanbelli was also questioned by the investigative group. Which is thought to have been the first target of the assassination. The man who more than anyone could know about Kassandra Noga and who never had peace from his pursuit. Since the "Sanatorium" Massacre in 2000, where Noga and his friends entered this hospital and shot at his family members, leaving them dead and wounded, and until today, they have not spared their bullets against each other. outside and inside Albania.

"My brother, Mikel Rakipllari, alias Erjon Hasanbelli and my nephews Igli and Ani Metushi have been regular visitors to the 'Focus' bar, owned by a citizen named Eno (Enelian Adushaj). I am in constant conflict with the citizen Kassander Noga, who killed my father in 2000 in the 'Sanatorium'. And in the future, he has constantly tried to physically eliminate me and my brother in the years 2018, 2019 in Tirana, Rrogozhinë and Fier. Events for which I have not filed a report with the criminal prosecution authorities", declared Geron (Gentjan) Hasanbelli.

Geron Hasanbelli also made available to the investigative group film footage of the Beqiraj brothers, who are seen moving in the area of ​​'Astir', near the business owned by his nephews. While the investigative group, through the footage taken from the 'Fokus' bar where the massacre of 'Don Bosco' took place, was able to confirm the fact that Erjon Hasanbelli and his nephews were regular visitors to this bar, until the day before the event. .

"During the inspection of the film footage in the 'Focus' bar, in the external and internal environments, it turns out that in the month of December, the citizen Erjon Hasanbelli, his nephews and a close social circle, are often seen in each other's presence. It is also evident that these citizens have been focused by the security cameras in the premises of the Bar 'Focus' and in the parking lot located in front of it, on different days and time intervals starting from December 24, 2021, until the 3 January 2022", the file states. Regarding the confessions of the Beqiraj brothers, that they were contracted by Kevin Zeneli (Suçi) and Kasândre Noga, to follow and kill one of the Hasanbelli brothers, as well as his nephews, the investigative group compared these data with those discovered in ground.

They followed every detail of their testimony to ensure that they were truthful in the statements they were giving. What was proved by the traces that they and Kevin Zeneli (Suçi) as the person who had engaged them, had left, wherever they moved around Tirana, in pursuit of the Hasanbelli brothers and their nephews. "Regarding the statements of the Beqiraj brothers that Kevin Zeneli (Suçi) lived in an apartment in Tirana, this is also proven by the lease contract that this citizen signed in November 2021. Similarly, their statement that the vehicle type 'Mercedes The Benz that was used in the crime was the same as the one given to them by Kevin Suçi, for another criminal event, it was also proven by the film footage of January 4, 2022," the file states. According to the film footage, it was possible to fully verify the entire route that the killers' car had followed since arriving at the 'Focus' bar, until its final disappearance in the village of Gjorm in Laç. Where he lost track, along with the killer, whose identity is still unknown today.

"At 4:09 p.m., a black Mercedes Benz vehicle can be seen on the main street in front of the 'Focus' restaurant, moving from the Military Hospital in the direction of the 'Don Bosco' street. And immediately, after the shooting, this vehicle leaves the scene, where at 16:15 the perpetrators' car was focused by security cameras on the Tirana-Durres highway. And then on the move on the old road of the village of Gjorm, in the direction of Laçi", the file states.
