SPAK prosecutor, Arben Kraja has requested the arrest of Sali Berisha. He stated before the Council of Mandates that the decision was signed by two prosecutors.

"The measure of arrest in prison or at home should be imposed against a member of parliament. The prosecutor requests authorization from the Assembly", said Kraja.

The region submitted the report in support of the request for the removal of the immunity of deputy Sali Berisha from the Assembly of Albania.

SPAK has registered the criminal proceedings for the criminal offense of laundering the proceeds of the criminal offense. This provision provides that directly or indirectly seeking or receiving, or accepting an offer is punishable by imprisonment from 4 to 12 years.

Sali Berisha, in his capacity as prime minister of Albania, has taken active actions, passing laws with the aim of adapting them, with the aim of returning and using the territories where territories such as the former Partizani club have been returned.

From the investigations carried out so far, there is a suspicion that Sali Berisha has committed the criminal offense of passive corruption, in collaboration.

We estimate that there are conditions and criteria for determining the amount of Insurance. These measures have already been confirmed by the Special Courts of First Instance and Appeal.

We request the granting of authorization by the Parliament of Albania, the granting of authorization for the arrest, the removal of the freedom of the deputy Sali Berisha. We demand the replacement of the measure of arrest with prison, house arrest. The request was signed by prosecutors.
