The appeal of the Criminal Court of Kosovo has upheld the measure of imprisonment in absentia for Aleksandër Laho, known by the nickname "Rrumi".

The same security measure was also left in force for his brother Vullnet Muça and citizen Vlash Brahja, suspected of alienating lands in Lalzi Bay.

Enea Kume, the brother of socialist MP Loer Kume, also appeared before the GJKKO appeal, for whom a prison arrest measure was also upheld, and who is suspected of being involved in the role of observer in the murder of Edmir Bregu in 2021 in Durrës in collaboration with Aldo Avdyli.
