After the scandal published in the show Piranjat, on Syri TV about the couple Altin and Ilirjana Basha, several actors have also reacted, including Arben Derhemi and Rezart Veleshnja. Basha was accused by the show "Piranjat" that as director of the National Theater, in a conflict of interest, he employed his wife Iliriana Basha, giving her free rein over the funds for a performance.

Actor Arben Derhemi, addressing the Minister of MEKI, Blendi Gonxha, requests measures to be taken regarding the abuse of the Theater's funds.

“Public Reaction of the National Theater Actors.

These days we witnessed an investigation into the show "Piranja" for the misuse of the National Theater's budget.

We saw with sound and sight how public funds disappear.

How the Ministry of Culture invests with the desire to support the Theater, but the funds are swallowed up along the way.

The Theater's budget is going in a known direction, but that direction is not the Theater.

There are some fake bills sewn into personal pockets!

They are some ghost makeup artists...

They are some ghost audio-visual experts!

We are actors of the Theater, witnesses of developments and we publicly and legally question Mr. Basha, director of the Theater.

Mr. Basha, what did Mr. Saliasi do in the play Vojcek?! Nothing. No one has seen it for a second!. Take courage and return the several million dollars of funds because they belong to the Theater.

Let's publicly question Mr. Basha?!

Mr. Basha, what did Mrs. Shuta do in the play Voycek? Did she wear makeup in the play Voycek? None. Not a single second went by. Be brave and return the several million dollars of funds because they belong to the Theater.

The LIST is long. It is now public. Those responsible should take responsibility!

"PROTECT THEATRE TODAY ," Derhemi writes on social media.
