The chairman of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, has published the document that proves his accusations against Minister Belinda Balluku, that she avoided the Energy Exchange to favor some private companies, with a colossal damage of 180 million euros for the state.

Official documents show that with the signature and seal of Belinda Balluku, she has decided that the volumes purchased in the local energy market will be procured EXCLUSIVELY through the market (ALPEX) in accordance with the provisions of law no. 43/2015 of the electricity sector, regardless of the origin of the energy in question, starting from 2023', writes Bardhi on Facebook.

Official documents show that with the signature and seal of Belinda Balluku, she has decided that the volumes purchased in the local energy market will be procured EXCLUSIVELY through the market (ALPEX) in accordance with the provisions of law no. 43/2015 of the electricity sector, regardless of the origin of the energy in question, starting from 2023.

However, for the account of a handful of private clients, in flagrant violation of the law, it has allowed the cheaper sale and the more expensive purchase of energy outside the Stock Exchange, creating favoritism for private companies and bringing a loss of about 180 million euros to the State Budget .

This is a state crime! This is a monstrous affair that is done to a poor people, who pay dearly for electricity, only because Belinda Balluku and a handful of companies selected by her have decided to enrich themselves in violation of the law.
