The Civil Protection Agency has provided information on the earthquake recorded today in Fier. Of the tremors that were felt in Lushjne, Berat and even Vlora, no damage was reported.

Civil Defense says it is monitoring the situation for further developments.

Notice:

According to reports from the Institute of Geosciences, an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.8 was recorded on 25.10.2024, at 19:32:42.

The epicenter is located in Kuman village, Fier Municipality, with coordinates 40.711°N and 19.687°E, at a depth of 15 km.

From the communications received so far, there are no reported problems for the community or damage to the infrastructure.

The Ministry of Defense and the National Civil Defense Agency are monitoring the situation for any further developments.
