Two SPAK prosecutors, Klodian Braho and Ened Nakuçi , have just been criminally charged for serious violations of procedure and abuse of office.
The report was made by the journalist Adriatik Doçi . According to the journalist, the prosecutors treated with two standards the evidence provided by the e-mails they found on Klodian Zoto 's computers and phone in the case related to the Elbasan incinerator.
Journalist Adriatik Doçi told the media that the two SPAK prosecutors hid the investigations to protect Arbe Ahmetaj.
In the file submitted to the Special Prosecutor's Office by the journalist, it is stated that the two prosecutors administered as evidence Klodian Zoto's e-mails with Lefter Koka and other persons involved in the investigation, but not the messages exchanged between Zoto and former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj .
Adriatik Doçi : The investigations by two prosecutors of SPAK, to protect Arbe Ahmetaj, were hidden. I informed Arben Ahmatej about the benefits he had from Klodian Zoto .
The complaint claims that their non-involvement was intentional and accuses the two prosecutors Klodian Braho and Ened Nakuçi of abuse of office and actions that prevent the disclosure of the truth. The complaint asks the court to impose a security measure of arrest and imprisonment on the two prosecutors due to the danger they pose for the destruction of evidence.
Ahmetaj held the position of Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Entrepreneurship and during the procedures for the awarding of the Elbasan incinerator with PPP, he was charged with the task and responsibility of following them as much as Lefter Koka.
As part of the report, the journalist Adriatik Doçi also submitted e-mails of Klodian Zoto, according to which Zoto paid thousands of euros for stays in luxury hotels of Arben Ahmetaj.
