I put all the documentation at the service of the prosecution body. The plant, the building is there, it is an architectural work, it is in the final stage. I do not represent Klodian Zoto, I do not represent the work done by my predecessors, I am the state, I represent the state. How those companies worked is the subject of SPAK's investigation. The financial support of the budget has been realized so far 29.8 million, plus 5 million invested for changing the terrain typology, so far the object is 37 million worth of investment, not from budget funds. The place of urban waste disposal in Fier has changed, from Patosi to Mbrostar. Until the construction permit was issued, then the construction works began. The concession contract is for 6 years, of which 20 months are for construction, 4 years for operation and 6 months for transfer to the Municipality of Fier District.
