On August 14, 2022, a girl from Kenya filed a complaint about losing contact with her friend, a 22-year-old Kenyan, Joy Aoko from Kenya, living in a rented apartment on "Pandeli Evangjeli" street, who after she was found unconscious, near her apartment.

The police disclosed the incident to the media just a few days ago, on November 9, 2022, and stated that they have started investigations related to the incident for the charge of "Deliberate grievous bodily harm". However, the massacre of the Kenyan girl still remains a mystery and those responsible have not been brought to justice.

Journalist Klodiana Lala invited to the show "Opinion" has given more details regarding the serious event.

Klodiana Lala: The announcement came from a British journalist who lives in Tirana. There was also the first warning about the event. It is one of those cases when the police, apart from the fact that the notification is completely unclear, the police have hidden the event.

Joy arrived in Albania in February officially employed with regular documents. It turns out to be equipped with a residence permit until the end of December of this year. The company had a contract translated into two languages, both in Albanian and in English. He was a croupier, in a casino in Tirana where he worked there was no Albanian citizen.

From the 12th to the 13th, her friend Emili went to Police Station No. 1, reporting that she had lost contact with her friend, claiming that she had no contact.

In the testimony, she says that she contacted one of the casino's employees, who was a driver, that she had an intimate relationship with Joyn and therefore asked the boy if he was with her and is one of the suspects. He said that he is not with him and they have started investigations.

She was found the next day on the 14th, it was ascertained by another Ghanaian citizen, who left the hostel where they were staying, went to her room and was feeding herself with bread and chocolate cream. At the moment one of the girls who worked in the casino came out and looked down at the window, she saw a person upside down and she was half naked. They went outside and saw that it was Joy. They notified the police.

Klodiana Lala: I don't know how to say that. Images of an embassy in Tirana have been requested because the hostel where they are staying is very close to an embassy and only through it can all movements be understood. It is a dead end, there is no way out, there were people who knew the terrain very well. 

When the police entered, they found her 2 cell phones, both of them were without any contacts, everything was deleted. According to her friend, the windows were closed, so there was no possibility that the girl could have jumped. A syringe was found near her body, and an alcoholic drink was also found in her room, but in fact, from all the evidence, the girl did not consume either narcotics or alcohol. He is believed to be in an irreversible coma.
