From May 2022, the 'king' of gambling, Ervis Martinaj, is declared wanted by SPAK, as a short time ago he disappeared without a trace, while it is not known whether he is alive, dead or simply disappeared.  

In a television studio, former police commissioner Dritan Zagani said that Ervis Martinaj contacted a plastic surgeon, one of the most famous in Italy, of Albanian origin. It is specifically about two months before Martinaj disappeared.

" A few months before he disappeared, this person through his connections asked to see one of the best plastic surgeons in Italy. He sent people to bring him to Albania and this surgeon is Albanian. Have the investigators ever considered this possibility? This happened almost two months before Ervis Martinaj disappeared, " Zagani said.
