The police of Kruja have hit a case of an attempt to plant cannabis in a wooded area of ​​the village of Mafsheq.

The police were able to seize 782 cubes, filled with soil and cannabis seeds in the process of germination.

The police, in cooperation with the prosecutor's office, are continuing the investigative actions to identify and capture the author(s) of this criminal activity.

"As a result of controls in implementation of the coded operational plan "Clean Territory", drawn up by the General Directorate of the State Police, in order to prevent and attack attempts from the initial stage, to cultivate narcotic plants, it has been found and hit another case of this criminal activity.

The police teams set up as part of the "Clean Territory" operation found in a territory of the village of Mafsheq, Krujë, an improvised greenhouse, inside which 782 cubes were found, filled with soil and suspected narcotic cannabis seeds, in the process germination. The cubes were seized as material evidence", the police announcement states.
