Today marks the 100th day of citizen protest against the government.

From the 100th national citizen protest, which is taking place in front of the Prime Minister's Office in Tirana, activist Edison Lika expressed his determination that citizens will see their cause for the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama to the end.

Lika emphasized that, despite 100 days of consecutive protests, citizens continue to be as motivated and enthusiastic as on the first day.

"There have been many places where there has been long-term resistance. But here there has been protesting for a new Albania. Not only has there been protesting for 100 days in a row, but there is the same enthusiasm as on the first day," he said.

Addressing the protesters, Lika raised the question of whether citizens are willing to continue the resistance until the goal is achieved.

"Hey, are we going to overthrow Edi Rama and the entire corrupt system?! Is there a will to be here for another 100 days, if necessary?" said Lika.

According to him, the participation of citizens in the 100th protest and their enthusiasm constitute a concern for any government. "Exactly this participation today and this enthusiasm is the nightmare of this government, but of any government," declared Edison Lika.
