Murder, assassination and commission/ Who are the 14 arrested in Durrës and

14 in handcuffs, an arrest communication in prison, 5 declared wanted and proceedings for the much-wanted Kasandro Noga, arrested in Belgium, is the balance of a super operation by the Durrës police, for the destruction of a criminal group that engaged in murder with pay.

The ' unraveling ' of the 2 brothers, Indri and Gentian Beqiraj, has brought to light several serious criminal events, 2 of which were initiated by an orderer, Kasandro Noga, for paid murders for his opponents. While a third event was commissioned by the prison police officer, Flamur Bejko. 

The Beqiraj brothers, 2 days ago, had a physical clash with several people, Indrit Beqiraj was taken hostage, but was released a few hours later. Gentian and Indri Beqiraj have been notified of the arrest by the Durrës police and prosecutor's office as they are suspected of being hired killers and were planning the execution of Aleksandër Laho, (Pëllumb Muharremit)' known as Rrumi i Shijak'.

When they were taken hostage on Sunday they were scouting 'Rumi' for execution. Apparently, they were spotted by his people, among them Agron Bejdolli , who is Rrum's strongest link, while he is being sought by the police until these moments, and they had a conflict. For the hostage-taking in Durrës, one person has been put in handcuffs, while Agron Bejdolli, Rrumi i Shijakut and Dritan Ferra are wanted.

Flamur Bejko , 52 years old, resident of Durrës (employee of the Prison Police, Durrës), for the criminal offenses "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Providing conditions and material means for committing murder", committed in the form of a structured criminal group;

4. Pellumb Hoxha, 52 vjeç, banues në Fushë Krujë, për veprat penale “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municioneve” dhe “Sigurimi i kushteve dhe mjeteve materiale për kryerjen e vrasjes”, kryer në formën e grupit të strukturuar kriminal;

5. Idajet Hoxha, 42 vjeç, banues në Bulqizë, për veprat penale “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municioneve” dhe “Sigurimi i kushteve dhe mjeteve materiale për kryerjen e vrasjes”, kryer në formën e grupit të strukturuar kriminal;

6. Armand Dalipi (Daka) 43 vjeç, banues në Durrës, për veprat penale “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municioneve” dhe “Sigurimi i kushteve dhe mjeteve materiale për kryerjen e vrasjes”, kryer në formën e grupit të strukturuar kriminal;

7. Fatjon Myrta, 52 vjeç, banues në Sukth, për veprën penale “Heqja e paligjshme e lirisë”;

8. Blerim Elezi, 51 vjeç, banues në Tiranë, për veprat penale “Prodhimi dhe shitja e narkotikëve”, “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municioneve” dhe “Prodhimi, mbajtja, blerja apo shitja pa leje e armëve të ftohta”;

9. Gentian Sheshi., 50 vjeç, banues në Durrës, për veprën penale “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municioneve”;

10. Kujtim Deliallisi, 64 vjeç, banues në Shijak, për veprën penale “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municioneve”;

11. Albano Hajdari, 38 vjeç, banues në Durrës, për veprën penale “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municioneve”;

12. Fatjon Hajdari, 39 vjeç, banues në Durrës, për veprat penale “Prodhimi, mbajtja, blerja apo shitja pa leje e armëve të ftohta” dhe “Prodhimi dhe mbajtja pa leje e armëve të gjuetisë dhe sportive”;

13. Armando Lama., 32 vjeç, banues në Durrës, për veprën penale “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municioneve”, i dënuar më parë po për këtë vepër penale;

14. Altin Celami., 43 vjeç, banues në Tiranë (ushtarak në repartin e Pezë Helmës, Tiranë), për veprën penale “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municioneve”;

Gjithashtu u referuan materialet shtesë në Prokurori, për shtetasin Ilirjan Feçi ., i arrestuar më parë në kuadër të operacionit “Golden Bullet”.

Në vijim të operacionit “Porositësi” u shpallën në kërkim shtetasit:

1. Agron Bejdolli., 51 vjeç, banues në Durrës, për veprën penale “Heqja e paligjshme e lirisë”;

2. Aleksander Laho alias Pellumb Muharremi, banues në Sukth, për veprën penale “Heqja e paligjshme e lirisë”;

3.Dritan Ferra alias Dritan Muça alias Dritan Prifti,, 42 vjeç, banues në Shijak, për veprën penale “Heqja e paligjshme e lirisë”;

4. Alban Skonja, 39 vjeç, banues në Durrës, për veprat penale “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municioneve” dhe “Sigurimi i kushteve dhe mjeteve materiale per kryerjen e vrasjes” e kryer në formën e grupit të strukturuar kriminal;

5. Kevin Zeneli alias Kevin Suçi , 23 years old, resident of Durrës, for the criminal offenses of "Murder", "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Providing the conditions and material means for committing murder", committed in the form of a structured criminal group. He is currently wanted internationally for attempted murder in Belgium. Also, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, for the citizen Kasander Noga , currently arrested in Belgium.
