 A video of the race from this year's Universiade in Chengdu surfaced online, and one detail in particular caught the eye and made the whole world laugh.

Those present witnessed one of the weakest results in the discipline of 100 meters for women, and the "winner" is Nasra Ali Abukar from Somalia, who covered the mentioned distance in 21.81 seconds.

This video is going around the world at an incredible speed and many people do not understand why Somalia sent such a slow competitor to the competition, some even wondered "if she has ever run in her life".
