A scandal broke out in the Extraordinary Assembly of the Albanian Weightlifting Federation. Ora News learns that this Assembly was held to exclude the club of Teuta and Kamez and moreover, it was gathered only with a Whatsapp message.
This arbitrary decision comes after the president of the club of Kamza, Dashamir Çajka, published a scandalous photo of the president Gjoza, who had sent a message to the former employee of the FA, about what color underwear he wanted.
When the Extraordinary Assembly is convened, according to the statute, the clubs must be notified one month in advance with an official letter and the agenda of what they must discuss is also made known to them.
The Ministry of Education and Sports should also be informed. The extraordinary assembly is convened with the approval of 1/3 of the members of the Albanian Weightlifting Federation.
Elez Gjoza has violated the statute since he was re-elected in December 2020. At the beginning of his mandate, he dismissed two members by decision of the Steering Committee.
This is a violation of the FASP statute, because any dismissal or appointment must be done by vote of representatives of the assembly.
The result of the vote, after being approved by the court, is also sent in writing to the Ministry of Education and Sports, which did not happen.
Elez Gjoza committed the same violation in April by dismissing the director of the Teuta club, Keshnik Leka, and did not allow him to enter the Assembly.
