Much more than Ronaldo, this is what the "Flea" got in Arabia
Lionel Messi

Lionel Messi has received an offer to join Saudi club Al-Hilal for next season, a source close to the Argentina captain said.

The offer from the Saudis is the only one that Messi has received so far, the source added. Argentinian media reported that the offer reaches up to 400 million dollars a year.

Al Hilal has not yet commented on this news, which is circulating in the world media.

The 35-year-old has recently been widely commented on a possible return to his former club, Barcelona, or even to move to the United States to play with Inter Miami.

Messi was suspended by his current club PSG earlier this week after an unauthorized trip to Saudi Arabia, reported French sports daily L'Equipe.

"The Flea" is an ambassador for tourism in Saudi Arabia and his lifelong rival, Cristiano Ronaldo, signed with fellow Saudi club Al Nassr last December, a deal reportedly worth $220 million a year.
