Weightlifting cannot quietly celebrate the three medals won at the European Championships.

The well-known athlete, Erkand Qerimaj , explodes strongly against  Elez Gjozaj, accusing the latter of hiding a case where an athlete has come out with doping.

Through a status on social networks, Qerimaj demands that the president of the Weightlifting Federation resign.

Erkand Qerimaj 's post :

"The latest scandal in the weightlifting federation, the latest case of an athlete caught with doping has been kept hidden by the federation and institutions to protect the Federation. My opinion based on the evidence is that Elez Gjoza should immediately resign and new elections should be held. He leads the Federation since 2013 and has served 3 mandates with many scandals. The Fund and the Federation is for the athletes and the players, not to go into the big pockets of the president. Where do you do tourism with family members with taxpayers' money!!! Spurred by the thief Federation...", writes Erkand Qerimaj.
