Real overturns Espanyol and puts "pressure" on Barcelona
Real Madrid

Real Madrid has no problem with the Espanyol obstacle. A few days before the El Clasico derby, in another confrontation with the Catalans, Carlo Ancelotti's team warms up properly after winning 3-1 at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Although Espanyol took the lead first with Joselu looking like he could cause problems for the white house, the ever-present Vinicius jr. was fantastic with a goal in the 23rd minute while the other Brazilian, Militao found the advantage goal inside the first half.

Asensio scored the third goal at the end of the match. With this success, Real Madrid climbs to the quota of 56 points, 6 less than Barcelona.
