Ernest Muçi

The striker of Albania, Ernest Muçi, has answered the questions of journalists on the eve of the friendly matches against Chile and Sweden.

"The atmosphere in Turkey is very good, it suits me. I feel good with the fans, the players, the staff. I adapted quickly. We have had losses, but I hope to return to victories.

It's great here, it's been a fantastic atmosphere with the group all year. We are a very good team. I haven't thought about the European Championship at all, I want to do well with the club. There are two big teams and we have to show ourselves that we deserve to go to the European Championship.

The coach decides, I'm ready. I still need to work harder but I feel very good physically. Let's do well in these 2 friendlies and show ourselves that we are ready for a bigger role in the National Team.

These 3 months are crucial for the players, it is the coach's choice. We have to do our best until the end of the season. I don't know how much influence the 2 friendlies will have. It is important for us to be ready for the Euro. We will play in Italy and Sweden and we have to show that we are ready for the fans present.

From Poland to Turkey? I aim to do the best in my career, it is not easy to go to Besiktas. I didn't think twice about the offer, I feel very good and I believe it was the right decision. I want to show good values. The risk is also in the summer, I had the first move from Tirana to Legia in January and I'm used to it. So far so good.

I felt that the fans support me and others. The expectations are there and we have to do our best, show ourselves. I hope we manage to get a result. In the qualifiers, the stadiums were full even in the transfer. It will be the same in these 2 matches. We will do our best to feel that they have a team worthy of the European Championship.

Who is talked about more in Turkey, Ernest Muçin or Rey Manaj? I don't know, the best thing is that they are talking about us who are from Albania. This is something good", said Muçi.
