The price and distribution of tickets for the Champions League final between Manchester City and Inter have been revealed ahead of their clash which is expected to take place on June 10 in Istanbul.
Inter beat rivals AC Milan while City defeated reigning champions Real Madrid to set up a big clash in Istanbul, Turkey, next month.
The Ataturk Olympic Stadium, which hosted Liverpool's famous final against Milan in 2005, will host Inter and City, in a stadium with a capacity of 75,000 seats.
Despite the large ground, Inter and City fans will receive a low allocation of tickets.
According to The Times sports editor Henry Winter, the two clubs have only received 19,926 tickets each for their fans. And there are four price categories for tickets, with the cheapest available at 70 euros and the most expensive available at around 690 euros. Tickets priced at €180 and €490 are also available for fans.
Needless to say, the ticket price and ridiculous distribution angered fans on social media as they lashed out at UEFA.
This is because after the salty price of the tickets, the fans will also have to spend for the stay or the flight, and the total expenses would be too high.
