For the first time, exclusively in "Top Story" by Grida Duma, Igli Tare talks about his challenges, emotions and plans, amidst the legendary trophies of the Rossoneri.

Today, managing one of the biggest clubs in the world, Milan, Igli tells how he knew very early on that one day he would be part of Serie A, a feeling he remembers sharing with his friends, who at the time called him "crazy" and didn't believe him.

"I felt that I would go from footballer to manager, as I felt during the communist era with my school friends, when we would sit at "Parku Rinia" and I always told them that one day you would see me in Serie A in the Italian Championship. They always told me that I was crazy and they didn't believe me.

"After 15 years, I met by chance with one of my friends who mentioned this fact to me. I believe that if you have a dream, you must know how to fight and make it come true. I have an expression that I always use. Where for others it is the end, for me it is only the beginning ," said Tare.
